“A couple of chords and no chorus”
Complicado is the solo project of Miguel
Gomes, formerly of the band Mindelo. After
supporting, as a guitarist, the live shows of
Old Jerusalem and The Neon Road,
Complicado presents its first album, "Haunted". Settled at the 2nd floor of an
Oporto downtown flat, Miguel Gomes and
Rodrigo Cardoso produced this record,
wherein all the sounds of the compartments
it was recorded in are registered. Without
retreating into any elaborate melodies, the
record rests at the crossing paths of the
instruments played and the ambiances
created.
